Jennie Nollette, grew up in the Omaha, NE. She attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln and received a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management.
While in school she met the love of her life, Brent Nollette a small town boy from Nenzel, NE. After graduation and with much hesitation she moved to Kearney and worked at the Best Western Mid Nebraska Inn & Suites until starting at the Chamber as the Event Director on February 1, 2010. On June 19, 2010 Jennie married her sweetheart. They now reside in the coziest home in Amherst, NE, where they love to spend time together cooking and tending their giant garden! You’ll find Jennie’s posts seasonally when her garden is growing!
