It’s time for Halloween!  And this weekend, we have a couple giveaways to get you in the Halloween spirit!

Up for grabs?  4 tickets to KidZone’s BOOseum and a $25.00 gift certificate to pick out your favorite costume at Stagecoach!

Let’s talk details!  First, the BOOseum!

This fantastic Halloween bash is held at the Kearney Area Children’s Museum on Thursday, October 25th from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 .p.m.

Activities will include:

Over 20 different Games & Prizes

FREE Mint Cocoa, Cider and Chai Samples from Baristas

Hay Bale Maze, and more!

There will also be a Concessions Menu – ($2 per person) good for 1 slice of Pizza, Edible Slime and Goblin Fizz

A Few of their Special Guests Include:

Jeanine Lackey - Fish and Wildlife Biologist - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service – Will be bringing two live snakes native to Nebraska.

Michael Moritz – Warning Coordination Meteorologist – National Weather Service – Will be bringing a Van de Graaff generator.

Dr. Geluso, Associate Professor of Biology at UNK, will be joining us with an informational station about Bats.

If you’e never been, you need to go.  This place has fantastic costumes for kids AND adults.  Love it!  You can get a little risque with a sexy Cinderella costume:

Don’t want to show that much skin?  No worries!  There are plenty of items to choose from including this sweet little Bettlejuice disguise.

Ha!  I love Halloween.  You just have to go in there to pick out your favorite costume – there are truly so many to choose from.  Here’s one of my favorites from back in the day.  Check out feature writer Sanae Shea in this pic, too!  That’s Mr. Zach Richie standing in the middle, I’m on the left hand side.

    I would love to take the kids to Booseum (the children’s museum is one of their favorite places) but also would like in the drawing for the Stagecoach gift certificate (them I can dress up this year too)!
