At the very top of my “favorites” list for Fall, sits not only football season but the time for coats and jackets. I am one of those girls who loves a coat that can fit into any look and make you feel winter chic. The last thing I want when already my hair is static and drab from the changing weather is to not feel stylish and warm on any level.

This is why every year I choose a “feel-good” coat.

This meaning no matter when I put it on for whatever occasion, I feel cute and not like a giant marshmallow! Your coat does not need to take away from your work wear or evening attire. Let your coat add that special something that you can be proud of grabbing and running out the door with day after day!

From left to right I have chosen a few of my very favorites in store now. First is this black edgy number. I think it is so versatile in the fact that it can dress up or throw over slouchy wear and look sporty. The tie waist is so fun to play with. Tie a bow to the side or in the back for a quick on and off. I also love this as an indoor, everyday jacket. It is such a great weight to layer lightly indoors or heavy for out.

Second is my little Chanel inspiration. What better way to go to and from the office than with a chic Chanel-Esq coat. The black and white will surely go with everything! 🙂 If  you are a girly-girl like me…you may want to run in for this piece! The A-line pleats not only add a fun feminine detail, but also hide the hips!

Third is this Mustardy-Tan gem of jacket! Tulle has done it again with their fun and fantastic detailing! This collar is soo neat buttoned up or undone. It is truly a staple piece to go with anything at any time. Again, a fun way to play with your trench-style tie is to tie it around back in a cute knot or bow. Don’t be afraid to get creative with those ties!
