Are you tired of the same old side dishes? Are you looking for something new to feed your family? If so, this Pineapple Rice is just what you’re looking for. It’s simple to make, everyone loves it, and a perfect side to nearly any summer dinner! I served ours with BBQ’d teriyaki chicken and green salad.
The great thing about this recipe, besides how delicious and simple to make it is, is that you can add or leave out ingredients to suit your family. I used brown rice, but you could easily use white rice or quinoa. Yummy. Healthy. Delicious.
