Oh Myyyy Cookies! These are to die for! Not too sweet. Just sweet enough. Plus the recipe is flexible. Out of chocolate chips? No problem. They are still so yummy. In the mood for mint chocolate? Add a teaspoon. Want a healthier kick? Throw in some ground flax.

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Greased cookie sheet
Bake 12 minutes
Yields approx 1.5 doz cookies

1/2 cup of shortening
1 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
2 Tbs sugar (I like raw from the bulk food section)
1 1/4+ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Peppermint Oil (optional)

Cream sugar, shortening, egg
Add pudding, milk, flour, b.p.
Mix well
Stir in Chocolate Chips
