I have found a wonderful new surprise! AND it is more healthy than my old pumpkin spice latte addiction.
I found this at Kearney’s Fall Festival, but she also sells her products at every MarketPlace on 24th on Saturdays in downtown Kearney. (Or you can find a link to her down below)
All you do is add 3 Tablespoons of the mix to 3/4 of milk or water and enjoy!
So, why might Chai be a more healthy choice than a latte? Or even a regular cup of joe?
1. You would have to drink 3 cups of chai to equal the same caffiene as that coffee.
2. The black tea in chai is rich in antioxidants and the spices in chai have been used for thousands of years to promote general health and well-being.
3. According to Ancient Indian philosophy and medicine, these spices are considered to be calming, vitalizing and mentally clarifying.
