We went to a Husker game and It. Was. Awesome.

It happened. Finally. We witnessed a Husker football game real life, in person.

We scored some incredible seats. I could hear Bo Pelini screaming at the refs and see the veins protruding from his neck. That close, people.

It was a brisk November day. Lucky for me I already have a Husker red parka so I was on theme AND warm. I also got the opportunity to sport my Nebraska hat which I look awesome awful in. As you can see, it really accentuates the feminine new haircut.

Despite hurricane winds, the Army still parachuted into the stadium. Bunch of show offs.

Have decided that Kenny Bell is my favorite player… this is really based on two important criteria: nice smile, great hair. My second favorite is Lil’ Red.

The band was hands down, without a doubt my favorite part of the whole event. Speaking of, why don’t NFL teams have bands?

We’re officially making it an annual tradition… maybe bi-annual.
