Taste and Tour – Experience Downtown Kearney!

Taste and Tour - Experience Downtown Kearney!
Written by Leslie Means

OK friends.  You all know I’m quite proud of our little view in the middle of the country.  If you’re anywhere near Kearney, Nebraska (K-Town as I lovingly call it) then you’ll want to check out this early spring event.

Taste and Tour – Experience Downtown Kearney will be held on Thursday, May 5 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  You’ll walk from shop to shop along our bricked streets, stopping inside boutiques and coffee shops, and restaurants along the way.  Each ticket (only 20 bucks!) gets you food samples, fashion shows, DIY demos, bourbon tastings, beer samples and more (of course).  You’ll have a chance to win great prize packages too.  Grab your favorite guy or gal and plan to make a night of it!  Guys, this is a great mother’s day gift for your fantastic wife!

Check in anytime between 4:30 – 7:30 at the Kaufmann Centre (2202 Central Ave).  From there, take a leisurely stroll down historic downtown into these participating businesses.  (Click on the links to learn more about each business.)
