Start to brown the hamburger in a skillet.
Add the diced onion, green pepper, and mushrooms about half way through.
Cook until the hamburger is no longer pink and the veggies are soft.
Place the meat mixture into a slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and then let cook for about four hours on the low heat setting.
Serve with a little cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, etc.
Pairs well with cinnamon rolls too!
