Long's Peak Baked Beans
Baked beans have never tasted so good! Feeds a crowd but could easily be halved for a smaller family.

Ingredients
1/2
lb.
hamburger
5
slices
bacon
chopped
1
small onion
chopped
1/3
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
ketchup
2
Tbsp.
prepared mustard
1/4
tsp.
pepper
1/3
cup
sugar
1/3
cup
barbecue sauce
2
Tbsp.
molasses
1/2
tsp.
salt
1/2
tsp.
chili powder
1 -- 46-54
oz.
can pork and beans
drained
1 -- 15
oz.
can black-eyed peas
drained
1 -- 15
oz.
can red kidney beans
drained and rinsed
Instructions
In a skillet, brown hamburger, bacon and onion. Drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients, except beans, and mix well.
Mix in beans.
Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
Notes
Best if left in refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours before baking.
