Combine Worcestershire sauce and honey in a ziploc bag or a marinading container.
Generously use the seasoned salt and pepper on the steaks, then put in the bag/container and store in the fridge overnight or for 8-12 hours.
When ready to grill steaks, set grill to 400 degrees F and sear each side of the steak, then reduce head to 325 and grill until your preferred doneness. Medium rare is great for this salad - check with the internal temperature is around 140 degrees. Remember, the steak continues to cook after it is off of the grill!
Let sit at around 10 minutes for the juice of the steak to settle, then slice.
Prepare your salad by starting with the lettuce, add strawberries, Feta, and walnuts. Lightly add the steak on top of your salad.
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
