Hi! I’m Pam Aylor. I’ve been on a personal journey back to health and fitness over the past 2 years. My 50th birthday was approaching and my only daughter was soon to be graduating high school. The big 5-0 and an empty nest, not only in one year, but also in less than a month’s time.
I decided big changes were in order. I started eating clean and lost about 30 pounds. I felt better, but I wasn’t in shape. I had become friends with my mentor and coach, and she introduced me to awesome at-home fitness programs and a wonderful all-natural, nutrient dense superfood – both of which I still use each day to help me maintain my health and fitness and power through my busy life.
I keep very active teaching middle school special education full-time and also helping others as an online health and fitness coach. I’ve also been married to my husband, Mark, for 23 years. Our beautiful daughter is now a sophomore in college, and we have a new puppy who keeps us on our toes. Our household is lively and fun!
