Amee Yost

Amee Yost is a single mom of two from Omaha, NE, who holds both a psych degree from KU as well as an open coffee mug wherever she goes. She spends her daytime hours attending to parents and finance in private education administration and gives her evenings to Amazon returns after ordering each apparel item in a least two sizes, sometimes three. Her in-between hours are spent weight lifting, running, walking, reading non-fiction books, listening to therapy or theology podcasts, driving her children all over the city, going out with friends and family, and growing daily in her faith.
