I talk about my lifelong struggle with Anxiety and poke some fun at the bad advice that my anxiety ridden mind has given me throughout life. I work with adolescents who have Anorexia Nervosa and would love to educate others on this. Having a young daughter myself, I want to ensure that education is provided accurately and in a way that people can understand without all the medical jargon that can confuse people.
