Below you’ll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:

  • At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds due to change of heart or sizing reasons. To ensure your happiness, please double check the style and refer to the size charts located in the description for each item.
  • If you have not received your package but the official tracking information states that it was delivered, please follow up with the carrier. We cannot claim responsibility for packages that are lost or removed after that point.
  • If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, please fill out the form below with all requested information and we’ll have a replacement shipped to you. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of product arrival in order to be considered.
  • Any products shipped back to us without notice will not be eligible for refund.
