My sweet boys, 

There will be times when our world will give you ideas about the life you should live and the kind of men you should be. I pray you’re able to realize when God and I, your mama, want more for your life than what the world, alone, has to offer.

The world wants you to make big plans and dreams for your future. God and I want you to follow His plans for your future. —Jeremiah 29:11

The world wants you to consider only your time here on earth. God and I want you to think about eternity with Him in heaven. —John 3:16

The world wants you to desire a woman based on her outward beauty. God and I want you to pursue a woman for her pure heart. —2 Timothy 2:22

The world wants you to speak your mind. God and I want you to speak from the goodness of your heart. —Luke 6:45

The world wants you to seek revenge. God and I want you to seek forgiveness. —Ephesians 4:32

There will be times you will fall for the ways of the world. God and I will always forgive you. There will be moments when it feels like the world has stopped loving you . . .
