You guys, this is the message we all need to hear and share.

The Stay At Home Chef shares a poignant and important video for all of us:

“Every sign of aging that I have, is a sign that I’m still alive. A lot of people don’t get the privilege to ever live to be old and I probably won’t either. Which means that I don’t have time to waste criticizing myself and I don’t have time to waste criticizing other people. I care a lot more about what my life is like right now.”

The Stay at Home Chef is a fantastic food blog ran by Rachel Farnsworth. Rachel suffers from a rare autoimmune disease, which is why her life could be cut short. (Read more about her story here.)  Her wisdom is something we all need to remember. Guys, none of us know how long we have on this earth. Let’s love as hard as we can on ourselves and others every single day.

Please watch and share and remember. Love yourself and those around you. Life is too short for anything else. A huge thank you to The Stay At Home Chef for this beautiful reminder.
