From the minute we learned Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had welcomed a healthy baby boy in the early hours of Monday, May 6th, we’ve all been anxiously awaiting our first glimpse at the new baby.
And finally, the wait is over!
Harry and Meghan showed off the baby—whose name is Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor—at Windsor Castle this morning.

Harry cradled the couple’s son as Meghan looked on, beaming. She told press, “I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy!”

The couple also posted a few sweet photos from the meet and greet on their @sussexroyal Instagram account.
Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, who lives and works in Los Angeles, was in Britain for the birth of her first grandchild, and will reportedly be on hand at the couple’s home for awhile as they adjust to life with baby.
