Over the past year I have become close to a group of women who cook for me. That’s right. They cook for me. And I cook for them also. They’re my freezer crew. Each month we each make seven of the same meal and then exchange them for seven wonderful different meals. This month, I’m going to share a few of those with you.
This meal can be made ahead and frozen. And it is delicious!
Crockpot Chicken & Noodles
3 chicken breasts
4 cans of chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ cup butter
16 oz. of egg noodles (dry or frozen)
Place all ingredients except noodles in crockpot and turn on Low for 6-8 hours. An hour before serving shred chicken and pour noodles in crockpot and turn to High for last hour.
