Dear God, we lift up the mama who works in healthcare.
She isn’t just taking care of sick bodies, she is taking care of scared souls, putting her own safety on the line. She knows she is made to do this, but if she is honest, she is scared, too.
But God, You go before this precious mama, spiritually and physically.
We ask that in Jesus’ name You place your hand of protection over her body; allow her to rest during her time away from work and help her mind to be clear when she is there.
And God, replace her fear with Your perfect peace. Thank you for this brave mama!

Dear God, we lift up the mama who is sad that there isn’t church tomorrow.
She longs to go to her place of worship and be with her community. She already feels isolated, but not being able to go to church makes her feel even more distant, even from you.
But God, this precious mama doesn’t have to go to church to be with You. She has Your Spirit living inside of her, and that even makes her connected to those in her church!
Remind her of the gift of the body of believers and that even though they are physically separated, she is still close to them by Your Spirit. Give her a sense of Your presence tonight and tomorrow, and let her rejoice in her salvation through Your Son!

Dear God, we lift up the mama who has an urgent need.
Her request needs to be met right now, in this very moment, and she’s hanging on by a thread. She’s desperate to hear from You Lord, she is anxious to see how You will move.
But God, we know that however her situation unfolds, You are completely sovereign over this sweet mama’s life. Your plans for her and her situation are resting in the palm of your hand and You love this mama.
Remind her tonight that in her need and in her desire to have it met that You are with her! You will sustain her with Your mighty, righteous hand, strengthening and sustaining her, and because of that she doesn’t have to be afraid.
Thank you for loving this mama. Thank you for being her help.

Dear God, we lift up the mama who is missing her friends and family because of the quarantine.
She knows this is so necessary, but it hurts her heart to not be able to hug and see those she loves the most. Her loneliness is so great, and it’s hard to know that they are missing her, too.
But God, it’s during this season that You long for this precious mama to draw close to You. While you created her for relationship on earth, You also created her with a desire to belong to You first. Help her to remember that, so that when she is sad, she can come to You knowing nothing, but even a virus, can keep her from your presence!
Let her rest in your peace tonight.
In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen!
