Sometimes, a simple compliment about how awesome you are is all you need.

You are a champion.

And, I’ll stand in your corner of the ring all of my life, hooting and hollering only for you.

Because, I believe you’re number one.

And, sometimes, my applause and crazy arm pumps speak louder than sentimental mush.

You’re sexy.

I see you check yourself out in the store windows, wondering if those trendy skinny jeans really look good on you.

They do.

I understand the importance of Rocky quotes and scripture when you forget how strong you are

It ain’t about how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

Be strong and courageous. You are not alone.

I respect the fact that the more I write, the more you’re tempted to skim. It’s not a reflection of your intelligence.

I could have stopped at “you’re a rock star,” but now you’re glad I didn’t because then you would have missed the good part: the part where I called you sexy.

Even if I keep going now, that’s all you’ll remember.
