Are you a sucker for a good (or not-so-good) infomercial? Those late night sales pitches get me every time. After all, it was an infomercial which sparked my love for Zumba Fitness. Typically, I have enough will power not to actually pick up the phone. But they do tempt me. Even the pajama jeans had me a little intrigued! No, I didn’t actually order those nor would I ever wear them in public! 🙂
There is one product I actually did pick up the phone to order and have been a faithful customer now for almost two years, WEN Hair Care by Chaz Dean. Have you seen the ad? Here’s a quick peek.
The commercial boasts that the WEN products will make hair shinier, less frizzy while adding bounce and body after just one use. I must say it actually does work. It’s unlike any shampoo you’ve probably experienced in the past. It doesn’t lather like a regular shampoo. It feels like you are washing your hair with lotion. This takes some getting used to and I doubted it would actually clean my hair. But it does and it has changed the way I wash my hair. I wouldn’t dream of going back to regular shampoo now.
Once you place your order, you become a Chaz Dean member. They automatically ship your 90-day supply 4 times per year however you are billed monthly. Your first payment of each cycle will be $37.94 to include the shipping. The next two payments of that cycle are for $29.95. You can cancel at any time.
Your first kit will look like this.
Chaz Dean provides really great customer service. I go through the Cleansing Conditioner very quickly so I was able to adjust my shipments at no additional cost. My shipments now consist of 4 bottles of the Cleansing Conditioner without any of the other products. Every so often I adjust to add the Styling Cream or the Intensive Hair Treatment. The company will make these changes at no additional cost.
My only complaint is that the pump tends to stop pumping before the product runs out. This is annoying to me. I find myself adding water to the bottle just to make sure I use every last drop. Other than that, this is one late night purchase that didn’t cause me to suffer from post-purchase depression!
