I don’t know, guys. I tried this weeks ago when this video found its way to my newsfeed. I was going to try it and then tell you all about how it changed my life and made my back feel better and made me want to dance from happiness.
Guess what?
It still sucks to carry a heavy baby in a car seat, no matter which way you do it.
Like, a lot.
I mean, don’t get me wrong here. I was just as excited as the next mom to try something new. It’s hard to carry these babes around all day.
But really? I don’t know what planet this doc is living on. Clearly it’s not the “my baby weighs 72 million pounds and I’m weak because instead of working out I eat too many tacos and drink wine all day” world.
If you’re in that world or even remotely close to that world, I think you’ll agree with me.
It’s still hard to carry these babies in a car seat.
I tried it a few weeks ago on my way out of church, and I looked like I either had a walking issue, had to badly use the restroom, or simply couldn’t carry him.
In reality? It was probably all three.
Please tell me it actually works for you? Because if it does, that’s awesome. But I’m calling her bluff here, folks.
What’s REALLY the easiest way to carry a baby in a car seat? Have your husband do it.
