My beautiful niece Rachel graduated from Minden High School last Saturday.

I cried. No shock here.


But before the big day, I helped my sis get her gorgeous home in shape. And she thanked me with food.

And drinks…

Before 10am. Yes, it was glorious.

You guys, this is so good. It’s even better when you have a warm Nebraska morning as your backdrop. But, I’m a bit bias. I’m sure it’s just as tasty in Alaska, or Michigan or Texas.

The drink has just enough kick to make it perfect on a warm summer day (or, um..morning). And the Baked French Toast casserole is a Paula Deen recipe. So yeah, it’s good.
