I get to have a virtual cup of coffee with you in my new kitchen!

This makes me more excited than it should.  Truth be told – we’ve been here two weeks on Monday and still have so much to do.  As in boxes to unpack, nothing on the walls, beds still not completely put together.

I guess that’s life.

The good part?  We aren’t going anywhere for a long while so I have time to unpack/organize/decorate.

I will walk you through each room as they are complete but the only room (mostly done) is the kitchen.  It might be my favorite place in the entire house.  Here’s a list of what’s in this room, where we purchased the products + a few items I still want to get.  I love the simplicity.

Chrome Faucet:  Holmes Plumbing and Heating

Undermount sink/Stainless Steel:  Builders Warehouse

Dark Engineered Hardwood Flooring, Aristokraft Cupboards, Indian Black Pearl Granite Countertops:  Builders Warehouse

White Subway Tile:  Builders Warehouse

Pendant Lighting, Knobs:  Menards

Appliances:  Sears and Russell’s Appliance

Range Hood and towel rack:  Online Google search

Paint:  Sherwin-Williams  (gray)

Bar Stools:  Are leaving.  I am looking at something like this.  But it depends.  I really want a big pop of color in this room – like yellow! But I know my 5 and 3 year old will drop food on it each and every day, so I might have to wait a few years for anything fancy.

Now on to the site.
