Please Help Winston’s Skin!

Warning To All Parents - Please Check Your Water Temperature (Part 1) www.herviewfromhome.com
Written by Guest Writer

As many of you know, Winston’s story touched lives beyond what I ever imagined.

If you haven’t read it, you can here:  Winston’s Story Part One.  Winston’s Story Part Two.

I am so thankful for all of your shares, likes, posts, and comments. You all have lifted us up! We appreciate the feedback.

Some of you know that we have tried so many different products for Winston’s scars. His skin is so sensitive that everything we use seems to cause some level of dermatitis. The irritation and redness is one thing, but the scarring of the skin is another. Winston has been wearing a Jobst stocking type vest to keep pressure on the scars which has also been causing a type of heat rash. There were some suggestions for emu oil, avocado oil. and vitamin E.

We are loving your feedback and would love to hear any suggestions you may have. Old remedies from great grandma, your own experiences, or suggestions you have gotten from your own physicians. Any new ideas are welcome and may be worth taking into consideration. John, and I have praised the Lord for all the people this story has reached. We have been so thankful that each of you are taking things seriously to check your water temperatures.

  • I have only just come across this post and am very sorry for you and your son. I don’t know what you’ve tried or what others have suggested so I hope I’m not just telling you the same old thing. Have you considered that it may be due to food? When my son was born he had a tremendous amount of excema on his body. Through wise council, trial and error and finally a blood test we found out he had numerous food sensitivities including a peanut allergy. We’ve been able to successfully eliminate his skin problems through his diet. If you want to look at a book with great information look into “what’s eating my child”. (I think) I hope you find something out soon!

  • I’m sorry. I missed the part about the water. I’m still very sorry for you suffering but I doubt my previous comments will be helpful. I have no words about burns. Thank you for your transparency in order to inform others.
