I have a secret to share: I’ve never been an arts and crafts mom. It’s like I’m missing the gene.
To be honest, I suck at it and my kids outpaced my skills by the time they were five.
But they love creating art, and even though it’s not my strength, I know it’s a great way for them to fill some downtime and stay occupied while I get a few things done.
Fortunately for me, there are so many artists, craft savants, and organizations that are rescuing parents like me during this time when we’re forced to stay home.
We hit the internet, and here are a few of our favorites:
