- Failure is Often Necessary
Failure is often necessary to humble us. It keeps us from becoming prideful and arrogant or it rids us of our pride and arrogance. If we’re honest with ourselves and examine why we might have failed, we can learn from it and grow. Failure also stretches us, which often results in increased capacity. Sometimes, we don’t understand our own capacity until we’re stretched, and sometimes it takes failure to stretch us.
