I’ve heard this from many of you.  “Leslie, can we read more stories from women ages 40 and above?”

To that I say, “of course!  It’s always been open to all ages.”

But then I look – really look, and I realize many of our writers are 30ish.  My age.  Ahhhhh.  I see.  I see.

My sis brought it to my attention again today.  “Leslie, I want to read stories from women ages 40-100.”

I get that.  Totes.  If she does, chances are you do, too.

So that’s what we’re going to do!

As always, Her View From Home welcomes any and ALL writers to share their views with us.  At this time we are specifically looking for writers over the age of 40.  You don’t have to be a mom to share your story.  We love to hear from all women (men are welcome, too).

Do you have advice for the younger pups?  Do you think we’re way too involved in our kids’ lives.  Do you think we need to chill a bit and have a glass of wine?  Do you just want to write and read the lives of women of all ages?    What is it like to be an emtpy nester?  What do you wish you would have known at age 20, 30, 40 and so on.  Tell us, will ya?!  Write for Her!

Here’s details on how to submit content  (Basically, just send me an e-mail to [email protected] and we’ll chat!)

We do pay a bit, too.

We’re also always welcoming humor, grief, lifestyle, fashion, faith, food and health pieces.

Cool?  Cool.

Spread the word!  Let’s continue to grow this grand community of women, shall we?  Thanks friends!

PS:  If you’re ages 20-39 and you really want to write for us, awesome sauce.  Just chat with me, k!?  We’ll get it figured out.  (And we have a grand group of women in that age range and will soon be asking for more, too!)

PSS:  We try to respond to your e-mails within one week.  Yell at me if it takes longer.

And go!
