You were chosen. Or, as I like to say: handpicked.
Handpicked for them, for your littles.
And your littles? Handpicked for you.
There is a reason. There’s something special about you.
Something so incredibly unique.
Something that warranted a “yep, she’s the one.”
Without a doubt.
Without hesitation.
It was always you—you for them, and them for you.
And not because you were meant to get it all right.
Not because you were supposed to be perfect.
Simply because you said yes.
You said yes to your littles.
Yes to committing the rest of your life to raising them.
Nurturing them.
Guiding them.
Loving them.
And you’re doing it.
Right now, in all your messiness.
In all your exhaustion.
In all your uncertainty.
In all your perfectly imperfect glory, you’re doing it.
You’re fulfilling a calling. Your purpose.
And it may not feel like it.
There may be moments where it’s so incredibly clear. It all makes sense.
But there may be others where it’s all a hazy blur. Nothing makes any sense at all.
Just remember . . . it was all a plan.
Never a surprise.
Because you were handpicked.
You for them, and them for you.
And it won’t always be easy.
But it was always—always—meant to be.
