Hammer Time!

This project is just good old fun.  Baking for no good reason and then smashing it with a hammer.

My kids had a blast.

Here’s all you need:

-Water (1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup per color)

-Flour (1/4 cup per color)

-Cotton balls

-Food Coloring

Here’s all you do:

-Mix the water, flour and food coloring.

-Dip the cotton balls in the mixture.

-Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

-Let cool.

-SMASH!!!!

Here’s the fun we had:

Simple Supplies

Mix flour and water

Add food coloring

Stir well

Dip the cotton balls in the mix

Lay the covered cotton balls on a covered cookie sheet

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes

After it cools... SMASH!!!

Smash!

Smash.

We sure had fun.  I think you will, too.  Make sure to cook the entire time and let cool.  Some of ours were more ‘rubbery’ than ‘crispy’.

Here’s where I got my “Pinspiration”
